Pre Game Analysis:

My Take On The Magic: the Magic Remind Me of 04-05 Suns they can run, shoot 3s, big men who will dunk anything Inside or get fouled ala Amare in 04-05, but even tho there better defensive team than the Suns in 04-05 they don't have PG Like Steve Nash to Anchor their offense, this is why they have been inconsistence lately.

Image The Ernie Johnson Stat:
Dwight Howard by Far Leading The League In Dunks, But Hes Not A Great FT Shooter, So you Need To Foul Him Every Time He Gets The Ball In Deep Position In The Paint.

Preview:
The Orlando Magic have one of the league's best road records. Considering their struggles at home, a Western road trip may be just what they need. The Magic look to rebound from a pair of home losses when they begins their second lengthy Western Conference swing this season on Tuesday against the Sacramento Kings.Orlando (22-13) won four of five in its first trip, including victories over Portland, Golden State and the Lakers between Nov. 26-Dec. 3. The Magic are only 7-8 at Amway Arena, but have won 15 of their 20 road games.
They'll also face the Los Angeles Clippers, Denver and Utah before heading home.

Attack Dwight Early and often. I hope our bigs get plenty of playing time and that we use a "hack-a-Dwight". That's pretty much our only hope. None of these "tap him on the arm and hope he misses the shot" fouls are team does so much. We have to really hack him. And I think if/when Mikki is guarding Dwight, that there's a good chance that he may have to just bear hug him every time down the court.

But seriously, doubles have to be coming constantly. That's still a weakness in Dwights game--passing out of double teams. Double off of Arroyo and Dooling and hope for the best.

I'll be at this game and if anybody wants to find me, I'll probably be the one banging his head on the seat in front of him, like so. :banghead:

I don't care if he loves Kobe, loved the Lakers. It's understandable.

I grew up knowing about and liking, and eventually loving Kobe myself. He's been one of my top favorite players for numerous years now, and somewhere on my all-time list. He's fun to watch, plays the game the right way, and I respect him.

I like how he's handled himself since around the season began, with the trade stuff, and it's worked out well for him with how the Lakers have developed and continue to grow as a team. They just can't run into injuries like last season.

Well, Dooling has a solid mid-range jumpshot. Arroyo's not a good jumpshooter in general.

But yeah, have to live with a jumper rather than Dwight around the paint.

Yes, I liked the Spurs in a significant way growing up with the NBA (D-Rob, Rodman, Avery, young Duncan), has just developed into a lot more since that period.

As far as the game, I can't really see this being a win... I wouldn't be surprised if Dwight got like 30 and 25 on us.

John and Beno have career highs. Reggie uses all 5 big men, Brad, Mikki, Justin, Spence & KT to Hack a Howard. Kings by 5 in an upset.
