I won't be surprised at all if the Spurs lose this, in effect, pretty much tanking the game in relation to the playoff seeding situation.
I don't know if they'll do that though, because they could definitely just want to get a solidly-played win after the that Laker loss yesterday.
I have no prediction.
Looking foward to Hawes/Shelden going against Duncan, Oberto, and Kurt Thomas. Salmons may be able to slow down Tony Parker, like he did last December at SA in the 2nd half (lost on at the buzzer on a Bibby three). Especially with the other things in the air coming into this game for the Spurs.

SA deserves to get their ass beat just cuz they lost to LA yesterday. That is NEVER acceptable!!!!!!

Well, so far you've missed Spencer taking it at Duncan in the low post and scoring easily.

Unfortunately Duncan is abusing Spencer on the other end...he's already dropped 10.

Well, I'm just stat-watching right now, but I'm thinking that we won't win if the other team shoots 73.7% from the field and if we shoot 36.8% from the field. Our guards are a combined 1-10.

Spencer's the only one really playing well so far. Garcia is trying too hard to impress Rick Pitino (he's at the game tonight) and the guards can't figure out how to make it through San Antonio's defense.

Salmons travels almost everytime he drives to the basket. Lucky for us the refs only call him for it 10% of the time.
Hawes is going to be real good.
