Why would the Bobcats do that? This is horrible for them. But Kings say hell yes.

I'd even make it Mikki Moore instead of Thomas and throw in Quincy for good measure.

Change Willimas to SAR and our 1st to a 2nd and you got yourself a deal.

i think the bobcats might wanna do it
I mean if they draft for a centre then depth wise it could work
It gives us the defensive anchor we need, and it would make us draft a PG, hopefully D.J Augustin (fingers crossed).
And dont throw in Q.Douby, I had him in a better trade. Q.Douby+2nd Pick for K.Lowry
Bobcats
C-N.Mohammed/08 1st Pick (Deandre Jordan)/J.Davidson
PF-S.May/S.Williams/K.Thomas
SF-G.Wallace/J.Dudley/A.Morrison
SG-J-Rich/M.Carroll
PG-R.Felton/FA
we would look like
C-B.Miller/S.Hawes/FA(Athletic centre)
PF-E.Okafor/M.Moore/SAR
SF-R.Artest/F.garcia/B.Walker(with our other 2nd pick)
SG-K.Martin/J.Salmons
PG-B.Udrih/DJ.Augustin/K.Lowry
what you's reckon?
back in the playoffs?

I don't see the Bobcats doing that. Possibly if the pick is unprotected and then I don't know if I see the Kings doing that.

Since when did Isiah Thomas take over the B-Cats?

lopsided trades threads should be looked to avoid trolling.

Honestly, you could add in this year's first and I'd still do it without a second thought.

Although I can't see why the Bobcats would do this, after the trades of Gasol and KG, anything is possible.
Oh I would do this trade in a heart beat and the Maloofs would mow Okafor's lawn

Not about the trade but what can we give the bobcats to get Okafor? He has the attributes that we lack which is rebounding and shotblocking...

Fine by me, I'm a big Okafor guy, but Charlotte isn't doing that

I don't think we have the assets to land Okafor..they need help at the 1/5 spots. So do we.

Oh, and another thing to mention is I am not sure Okafor would even sign a contract worth 10 million a year. That's the whole gripe isn't it? He thinks he is worth D. Howard kind of money. Which he most certainly is not.

I'd pay him 10 million a year if I were the Maloofs.

Well of course. He is easily worth 10 million a year. But the issue is that he thinks he is worth a MAX contract. 10 million a year is quite the step down from that type of money. If he were willing to take 10 million a year he would have already been locked up with the Bobcats a long time ago.

I'd do that deal in a heartbeat, with NO hesitation whatsoever. Okafor IMO could be a perfect fit here.
Realistically we have VERY LITTLE shot of landing him, but I think he's worth $10 mil. I'd even go maybe $12 up, but not Max. He did turn down a 5 year 65 mil last year.

I already ran this past Miami fans and they seem to like it.
Kings trade: Artest, Miller, Williams
Miami trade: Marion & second round pick, not second pick
our lineup looks like:
Beno/Augustine?
Martin/Garcia/Douby
Salmons/Garcia
Marion/Abdur-Rahim/Love?
Hawes/Moore
I understand that we lose some talent, but we get practically a late 1st along with possibly the most athletic big in the league. This is a great long-term trade, as it gives garcia and hawes a ton more time along with having 4 draft picks (3 2nds which we could transform into a late first). thoughts?

I'd pass and Marion is my favorite player. Marion is not the power forward we need, he is better at the 3 spot anyways. I would like to think we could turn Artest into TJ Ford and Toronto's first. I would rather do that and keep Miller and Williams. I don't think think Williams is just filler. I would like to give him a chance to see what he can do (after he gets into shape). And it wouldn't hurt to just hold onto Miller. IMO Hawes should be getting about 20 minutes a game but he is not ready to start. We can afford to take it slow with him given how young he is.
It just seems like we lose a ton of talent yet it doesn't really help us for the future, chances are 2nd rounders wont make the team anyways.
