When is the dead line for Artest to stay a King or opt out?

I believe it's June 30th, but I could be wrong.

Thanks for the info. July 1 should bring the news that will shape what moves GP can make. I hope Ron stays or at least a S & T deal is done. And if Ron stays I hope Salmons is traded for young talent.

THere's a two week moratorium so July 15th is the actual START to the off-season.

Teams agree to signings and trades before that all the time though. You can start talking to FAs and I think making trades on the 7th or 8th but I'm not sure about the trade part.

Ron probably isn't opting out though.
