Which is why I said we should be targeting him. With Petrie drafting Thompson and hearing about his great passing abilities, not to mention Hawes is a good passer it is clear Petrie is sticking with a Princeton style offense. I think he is looking for another Bibby who can drain 3 pointers and run the pick and roll all day long moreso than a tradition point guard that can make plays for others. Hinrich fits this mold much better than any of the other point guards mentioned.
Not to sure what we would have to give up. If Petrie is hell bent on trading Artest then I could live with that but I don't think Chicago wants him so it would have to be a 3 way.
