As our only vets with value,do Miller/Salmons get traded?

I dont expect Salmons gets traded. Hopefully he plays at the level he did last year as a starter and boosts his value up then we can move him at the deadline or next offseason. Also, I see a lot of us have Salmons as a young player or rebuilding piece when he simply is not. He like Artest does not fit with the directon of this team. As for Miller, I think there's a good amount of interest for him throughout the league. Teams like Chicago,Detroit,Cleveland,San Antonio, maybe Orlando,NJ and Milwaukee as well could use Brad Miller. I think Petrie will look to get another 1st or prospect to go along with expirings or maybe use Miller to dump Thomas or SAR? Not likely because Miller is already a lot of salary for other teams to take on. What do you think happens with Miller and Salmons?

Neither is available IMO, it's true that none of them is in the franchise' future plans, but Hawes isn't a starter yet, and the only wing players that can be counted on on the roster are Kevin and Cisco, I'd love to lose them both, but I doubt it'll happen, Petrie won't leave the roster that thin.

One of the reasons that Ron was dealt, was to move Salmons into the starting SF spot. He was one of the best players on the team for the first two months of the season. I'm interested to see what happens with him finally getting the starting job. So, no I dont think he is to be dealt.

Miller on the other hand, I think will be dealt, but his contract may be a hard one to move...I do think it can be done though because of all the things he brings to the team.

UKF is right. This trade wouldn't have happened if we didn't have salmons. I can't believe that people are even talking about trading him! The guy showed a ton of talent last year, and he is going to be our starter this year. Miller is good as gone though. Moore will fill in and start and hawes will continue to develop.
