John Salmons can do just about anything he pleases in pre-season...

especially good to continue to get your legs and rhythm, shots up, as you continue to play basketball games early on for the first time in months

37 pts for Dallas in the 2nd qtr :) - thankfully this is pre-season so it's not the same in feel as it would (and will) be in the regular season

Kevin with 5 rebounds through 2 is nice, though

Spencer got the start tonight 7 pts, 3 rebs, 2 ast so far\

early third

Oh yeah, we're getting a top 5 pick this year baby!!!

I wish Reggie would play the young guys. I have a sick feeling that not only are we going to be taking some major lumps this year but it's going to be Mikki Moore, Brad Miller, and Kenny Thomas (who is playing well BTW, still our best PF I think) leading the way in the minutes department. :-?

Jason is still looking pretty horrible out there although I know the minutes are inconsistent. I am hoping it's still nerves but he is still looking overmatched. He really does look like an average player, there isn't one thing besides his quickness that I can fingerpoint being a huge asset for him as a basketball player. He actually looks better at the SF position.

I also don't think Shelden is going to get that 4 million dollar option picked up. Safe bet? haha.

Then go to channel 48608. I don't think the Kings are on the same channel every game though. I'll post the channel whenever they are on. The quality is really bad most of the time so don't complain.

Depends, this team has the potential to do pretty, well, OK? The fact is that this team winning more than 30 games while being led by our verteren leadership of Mikki Moore and Brad Miller could be bad.

This is a season where we can really get a move along and get guys like Spencer, Jason, Donte, Williams, and Douby some quality minutes to learn the game. That and get some chemistry with eachother. Even though this team could probably live off of the chemistry between Miller and Martin is that really a good thing? I'd rather see Martin and Hawes get some chemistry.

I guess how we do early will decide the direction. If we start the season, 25 games or so in, anywhere near .500, like 10 wins and 15 losses for example, I see heavy minutes for the vets because there may still be some belief in winning now. However if we are doing poorly I don't think there is any excuse not to find something that makes sense and that means experience and learning for the young guns.

Statistically, nice game from Spencer, and John had a real solid game

Kevin cooled down in the 2nd half

Two 30+ pt qtrs is atrocious pre-season or not, though

No same here. I started to look at it, and first I felt like when I moved my face in it changed, and I was really weirded out until I realized it was changing into Livingston.
