I mean with KT?
Look at the moment he couldn't, wouldn't, shouldn't get minutes, but seriously we are talkin bout a guy that could put up some good numbers...you simply dont lose that ability to play the game this quick....So what went wrong?
Is it confidence?
Not sure about that when we talk bout a pro.
Is it opportunity?
Nah, you cant say that.
Is it age and-or contract?
Msaybr, but then that comes back on Petrie doesn't it for making the trade (i know he couldn't see into the future and predict this as a scenario..........but!!!

And with SAR on the coaching staff do you think he will ever get some burn, I mean consistently?

Well, I posted an extensive post about Kenny Thomas not long ago. (Couple of months ago). But the key factors about Thomas' degraded game was:

-Injurires (Toe, shoulder, and etc)
-Inconsistency
-The insertion of SAR in the PF position (There was the whole dilemma about those two)
-Minutes
-His deficiencies (Can't really finish around the rim, turnovers andetc)
-Reggie Theus (He played Thomas in the post....CLEARLY Thomas is a high post PF guy)

All those factors and several more, just killed Thomas game. (Well, not killed but you get the point). Thomas was actually one of my favorite players to watch, when he first played here. He was actually a good starting PF for us in absence of Webber. But we know Thomas was a stop gap for the PF position though.

I remember those days..

I remember KT in those baby blue jerseys, just knocking down mid range jumpers like nothing, grabbing boards and being active.

But I think he started to tumble once SAR came in and he was competing with SAR instead of concentrating on his role, and people starting to think KT is a ****.
