Kings @ OKC...The Battle of the Sewer Rats

Post#1 » by KingInExile » Mon Feb 9, 2009 12:13 am

Early Sunday game just about to get underway. Kings ended up sneaking out a rare win last week against the Thunder in Arco. Time to pick up another win (hopefully).

No B-Jax tonight (child birth). Also, Miller out until after the All-star Break with a hip flexor...Hawes will get the start.

Speaking of Hawes...LMAO at the suit he wore to the arena tonight! Pure Scott Pollard type of garish duds.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

In all seriousness, if we don't see some kind of real improvement defensively by the end of the year, I wouldn't even consider retaining Natt.

You guys are really bad at defense...

Kevin Durant is just toying with you guys.

Congratulations...You win the "Captain Obvious Award" for the night!

Much more impressive effort on both ends of the floor in the 3rd. Randy Brown was saying that Natt had a lot to say to the team during halftime. Obviously it stuck with them...for once. Now lets see if they can play the final 12 min with the same intensity.

And WTF is with Beno? Who is this guy and why does he not show up every game?

Look, you're welcome to discuss the game here...that's why this board is here. But you should be aware that when someone who does not frequent this board comes in making comments like you have in your 2 posts, those comments (and poster) are often interpreted as "trolling". Not necessarily accusing you of anything, just saying that you might want to put a little more thought into how your posts might be viewed by others.

Don't you realize that they give you 30 seconds after a foul to make a shot that would be considered continuation?

Wow...2 big misses by Collison. We're still alive.

Well I'm interested to see who dropped the ball on that--not that we really had a chance with .3 left, but oh well. Another close one down the drain.

Because 26-year-old's only get worse over the course of their careers and Beno's contract isn't going to just get shorter?
