Post#1 » by pillwenney » Wed Mar 11, 2009 1:23 am

AT 7 PST, um...here's a thread.

I'll be at the game.

Let's go for our first winning streak of the season (if memory serves)!

Why has Jason turned into a Mikki Moore type performer lately?

That take was not Mikki Moore like!

At least we are playing hard now! I told you Brad Miller was a cancer.

He is just trying to do too much - forcing shots and whatnot. Still plays hard which is nice to see day in and day out.

Hawes lookin' good lately, though.

Ya JT picked it up the last few minutes. Brad Miller gave up on Sacramento way before us fans gave up on him. Cancer is right.

JT is just hitting the rookie wall. I think he'll have a significantly better sophomore season, but he'll be inconsistent, and by year three we should see a pretty consistent JT, playin good ball.

As for the game. Not sure how I feel. A part of me wants to say we're playing pretty well but when you tied to OKC with no Durant, its a little discouraging.

Remember when some people were thinking that if we got the #1 pick, we could trade down to get the OKC pick AND get Jeff Green? Yeah, haha, I don't think so.

Hawesome game. It is so nice seeing his offensive game firing. I don't think we will see his roller coaster offense anymore. He seems like he is settling into that starting role.

Hawes is definitely going to be one of the top centers in the league in a few years time.

You can say that again. Another career night for Hawes. Dude is special.

By the way, anyone see the Clips smashing Lebron and the Cavs? Wow.

Its tied at 84 with a little over 9 minutes left to go. I just have to say adding McCants, Noc and Will Solomon to the young guys, KMart, Hawes, JT, Cisco and 35 year old Bobby J has made the KIngs more competitive. But more importantly, the Kings are a lot more fun to watch now.

Go KIngs Defense!!! :D

Those last 2 offesive rebounds by Kristic is because player go right by our exterior defense, Hawes has to help and go for a block, and no one helps out Hawes to box out Kristic.

Often times the reason why our rebounding is so bad stems from our exterior defense not stopping there man, then not crashing the board after getting burnt.

By the way, why the hell is Martin not in the game? He is the star of this team and he doesn't even play the last few minutes of a close game? This is the kinda stuff I do not understand. You want im to be clutch, then put him in at clutch time and get him experience. This is a meaningless game, and Martin still doesn't get experience in the clutch? BS!!!! You wonder why we are going to lose this game.

I'm kind of glad to see a different lineup.

It's not like winning helps anything Murray.

Got that right. I'm pulling for the worst record, and just glad the kings are being competitive.

^Yeah, I don't care if he's been struggling. He is your best player, he should play at the end of the game. And he needs as many opportunities as possible to be the best player on this team. Noc has forced a few shots in the last couple of possessions. We definitely let this one slip away...

Nice three by Cisco and an even better stop on the defensive end!

Edit: And then a play that makes ya cringe a little...

What the hell Noc. He was wide open and stood there for like 4 seconds. Kings should have gave McCants the ball a couple of times in the final 3 minutes.
