Spencer Hawes Eye Injury

Any word on this? It looked pretty bad. Hopefully not another Amare detached retina issue.

His eye got popped out of it's socket and all he has left is a bloody hole in his face. He's going to be left with a patch on his eye for the rest of his life and will change his name to One-eyed Spence.
In other words...it's too early to know anything yet.

Since Spence no longer has an eye, and can not play due to lack of depth perception that only one eye grants. He's starting his political campaign. Spencer Hawes for president in 2024!

Ya, I heard experience is no longer a requirement for a President.

This has turned horrifically OT.
As a follow-up to the OP...there is no real news yet on Hawes and no indication that there is long lasting problems.
