Semi OT: Getting Kings on TV/ blackouts

I'm about to move to a new house soon and I need you guys to help me out on choosing a Cable/Dish plan. I am considering Dish Network + League Pass, but I am wondering if Kings games will be blacked out from League Pass if I pick a plan that doesn't include CSN.

On a similar note, I am also a huge Bulls fan, and they happen to have a plan that has WGN and CSN-Chicago, which should give me most Bulls games. Anybody know if blackouts might ruin my ideas of opting for that plan. I'm fairly certain that I'd get pretty much all Bulls games with League Pass, but I'm worried about missing out on one of my teams if I choose one plan (Bronze HD + league pass) over another (Bronze Classic + HD).

If it wasn't obvious enough, I really have no understanding of how TV blackouts work, all I know is that, for some reason, sometimes people don't get to watch sports games on a channel that they have that's showing it.

Just remembered, I'll be living a few miles away from Arco Arena.

DirecTV has WGN as part of their plan at levels so that would cover at least some of your Bulls stuff, and with them you get the local Comcast channels for your region without having to pay for the sports package or league pass.

If you're a basketball nut, then LP is worth its weight in gold.

My current understanding is that if I get Bronze Classic. The Bulls games from WGN and CSN-Chicago will be blacked out. I will be able to watch most/all Kings games on CSN-Sac.

If I get League Pass I will be able to watch most/all Bulls games. But the league pass showing of the Kings game will be blacked out, thus no Kings game if I don't have CSN-Sac.

Am I correct?
