Pacers/Kings

Post#1 » by Crossova21 » Tue Jun 16, 2009 2:49 pm

Pacers fan here,

I was wondering if you guys would be interested in trading Udrih to us for Jamaal Tinsley.

Kings
Incoming:
Jamaal Tinsley
#13

Outgoing:
Beno Udrih
Donte Greene
#23

I know a lot of teams shy away from Tinsley, but he really isn't that bad of a player. I think Larry Bird has just had enough of him. Word is he's still in good shape. Idk how much you value Donte Greene but it might be worth parting with him to move up in the draft and get rid of Udrih's contract.

throw in your 2nd rounder and we have a deal...

would you accept a nocioni greene 31st for 13 and dunleavy though?

nocioni will give you your toughness...

with the 13th pick we can go grab another lottery type of guy.. a back up center with bj mullens, or a good wing player

Yeah, I'd probably do that. Grab Clark at 13 who I view higher than Green and move a couple years off of Beno's deal. I like.

I'd be into it. Not sure if your fellow Pacers fans would be, or if our front office would be, but I'd be down.

I think it kind of depends on where we go with our PG. If we get someone a little more raw who will need some time, I would bet our FO would be more prone to keeping Beno and giving him another chance, and letting him try to up his value a little (which I think he will). But I would still do this deal--especially if Clark is still there at 13.

I'd do that, especially if Clarke was aviable.

This is a no brainer. Get out of Beno's contract for lesser years with Tinsely. Give him the KT treatment. Move up and get Earl at 13. Everyone's happy.
Interesting, you have some ideas you would like to bounce off Brian Sabean? That's strange, I have some objects I would like to bounce off Brian Sabean.

Yeah this is a deal I would be all for. I think Greene has the potential to be a great player in the league. However, I Think Clarke would fit into our future plans much better as an all around player.

For sure. This would be a great all around deal, for both sides.

If this deal went down, I'd forsee Larry Bird personally driving Tinsley to the airport, unloading his luggage and booting him out of the car. haha
Sometimes you just have to look yourself in the mirror and say....Tyreke Evans.
That just happened.

Kings would definately do it, but why would the Pacers? Greene/Beno is not worth moving from 13th to 23rd..
