I just seen this on twitter that McCants might be headed to Celtics?? It would have to be a sign and trade since McCants is a restricted free agent this continues to get more and more interesting

This is probably just a simple FA signing. The Celts won't need a sign and trade to get him, he probably just signs outright.

I'm pretty sure we haven't even denied his player option yet...and besides, you can't start signing players yet.

McCants? untouchable? lol McCants was about as untouchable as a bottle of ice water in the desert.

I'd say that a payback deal is the most likely thing and it would be just a second rounder. That way the money would be non-guaranteed as well.

I see many of you dispise the guy and say he's worthless, but anyone else see him going to the Celts and fitting right in? I sure do. He'll bring athleticism and instant scoring off the bench you watch. What more do they possibly need?

Hopefully this rumor involves a sign and trade so we could get the Celtics pick.
