OK...here are the settings and rules used from last year. Ten team, 4-player keeper league in a head-to-head format.
Draft Type: off-line (conducted on the board)
Max Teams: 10
Scoring Type: Head-to-Head
Max Moves: 30 during regular season plus 2/week during playoffs
Max Trades: No maximum
Trade Reject Time: 2 days
Trade End Date: TBA (will be the last possible day yahoo offers)
Waiver Time: 2 days

Trade Review: League Votes
Post Draft Players: Follow Waiver Rules
Weekly Deadline: Daily - Tomorrow

Roster Positions: (14) PG, SG, G, SF, PF, F, C, 3-Util, 4-BN
Stat Categories: FG%, FT%, 3PTM, PTS, REB, AST, ST, BLK, TO
Some of the General League Rules:
The basic rule here is that this league is just for fun. No need to take anything here seriously and certainly no need for any personal shots at anyone. We’ve never really had much of a problem with this in the past and there’s no reason to expect that to change. However, there are a couple of housekeeping things that we need to keep in mind during the season.
1. All owners are expected to remain active throughout the season. If you are going to be away for an extended period of time, make sure you at least pre-set your roster to keep positions active. I have the ability to alter your roster on a day by day basis in the case of an emergency (can only be done a day in advance).
2. Please do not debate trades until after they are officially accepted. The league will vote on trades and, if you don’t think it is a good trade, you can vote to veto the trade. But please do not lobby people to vote one way or the other.
3. If you make an error with your roster (accidentally drop someone or pick up the wrong player) send me a PM as soon as possible. I will correct the problem and will reset your moves so you won’t be penalized for the mistake.

New for this year, we have more control over playoff setting, including the number of teams and when the playoffs start. Before I reopen the league on Yahoo there needs to be a decision made about what playoff format we want. Here are the options:
1. None
2. Weeks 22 & 23 (4 teams & 4 in consolation)
3. Weeks 23 & 24 (4 teams & 4 in consolation
4. Weeks 21, 22, & 23 (6 teams & no consolation)
5. Weeks 22, 23, & 24 (6 teams & no consolation)
6. Weeks 21, 22, & 23 (8 teams & no consolation)
7. Weeks 22, 23, & 24 (8 teams & no consolation)
I need an consensus answer by Friday on this question. Also, I want to make sure that there is enough agreement on this being the format for this year and if any changes are made they won't be made until next year...I need this answer by Friday as well. (Note, if changes are going to be made for next year, we need to know what those changes are going to be so people can draft accordingly).
