Kings forward Jason Thompson – who is averaging 18.5 points and 11.8 rebounds in the last four games – missed most of Thursday's practice due to illness. Westphal said he is probable for tonight's game.
Lets hope we can get our first win against a team with a winning record....

This is definitely another big game for us early in the season. We are one game behind the Rockets and if we win we'll have the same record as them. Would a win tonight bump the Kings up to sixth in the west? I don't think we're going to beat them anyway.

This should be a good game. For some reason I expect Sean May to have a great game and i didnt even know JT was kinda out.
Our guards will have a field day on Brooks. Hopefully the game plan is alot of switching.
Look for Kenny's stats tonight too. 8pts 7rebs for him in 22 mins of play

I hope Brooks doesn't have a great game. That guy can can put up some points

Yeah, Brooks has been impressive so far this season. I never expected him to score close to 20 points per game (18+ ppg). I hope we can contain him. He is lighting quick.

I hope JT is feeling better because we are going to need him tonight! Luis Scola is a good, good rebounder and we need JT at full health to keep rebounding the way he has been (especially offensively).
Hopefully a big game from Tyreke as he has a significant size advantage over Aaron Brooks. I have a feeling this is going to be a tough game, but it should be a good one.

The Defense is pathetic right now. Tyreke looks good so far

That foul came way after the shot went up. I think in that case, the refs should just let the Rockets inbound the ball.

I hate all the camera angles where I can see how empty the arena is.

Don't worry, if the Kings keep playing like they have as of late, those seats will start to fill up.
I LOVE MY KINGS!!!

Ugh, Spencer is playing like crap. He needs to realize how much bigger he is than everybody. If the team can space the floor better, and he plays smarter, he should be able to work in the post.
