The Sacramento Kings have excelled at one end of the floor this season and struggled at the other. For the Minnesota Timberwolves, almost nothing on the court has gone right this season.
It’s no surprise then that both teams enter their matchup in Sacramento on losing streaks and with subpar records.

This is pretty much a must win.

What happens if we lose? The "must win" scenario is for teams that will suffer a consequence for losing ie playoff positioning, coach saving his job, etc. None of that applies to us. I'm thinking 35 wins for this team is a SUCCESSFUL season. We're on pace for that right now.

The Kings need to just keep on the path! I think there should be a Fidelity commercial with Donte staying on the "Greene" path to success!

This is Spencer Hawes' game. If he doesn't show up tonight I give up on him as a starting center.

It's a must win because we need to beat teams like the T-Wolves, who only have 3 wins. We've also lost 4 in a row, and need to win these type of games if we want to be considered a good home team. Anything more than 25+ wins is a successful season for this team, but 30+ would be ideal.

One game from a 21 y/o 7 footer will dictate whether he 'makes it' or not for you? That's ridiculous. He's either going to make it or break it through his progression/development as a player. He's still years away from entering his prime.

Fine then. It'll determine whether he makes it this year, or until his brain fully develops like what has seemed to happen with Josh Smith.

Mn is playing much better since Love has returned. He is the key to the wolves. Al, Corey, Jonny, everyone plays better.

MN kept up with the lakers for 3 qrtrs last night. We simply lack wing fire power to beat a real team.

If you think he sucks that's fine, but its kinda stupid to judge a player on one bad game or one bad year....

I can understand your frustration with the lack of production from Hawes, but come on you have to wait till he mature as a player before you judge him...

I would prefer if you would pack the middle. We run a hybrid of pinch-post from the triangle and high screen p/r. Love tends to do most his damage from mid-range or 3. Gomes is mid-range guy also. We cannot shoot well, but we do shoot a lot. I would say that keeping us off the boards and flynn out of the paint would be your goals.

We need to stop coasting and take the team seriously. Thank you Casspi.

Is it me or Tyreke's hops aren't that impressive? I don't remember seeing him do a wowing dunk.

According to DraftExpress Tyreke Evans doesn't get up any higher than Tyler Hansborough, or that fatty James Johnson.
