I thought with all the hype of trades that will go on this year as they do every year it might be fun for everyone to chime in on trades you would like to see done ?
This trade thread is meant for fun but being serious at the same time of what you feel may be a good deal for SACTOWN now & or in it's near future.

No trollers

by the way MODS i thought this would be good to have open as this would only be our trade thought & opinions

thoughts anyone ???

I dont think that one will happen SILVER MAN mainly because if we were going to get OKAFOR we would have just traded for him instead of ARMSTRONG i like OKAFOR much better than HilTON though .

I think our next deal is likely going to be us sending out 2 for 1 or 3 for 2 players with MARTIN & GARCIA coming back i believe we will have to release 1 player unless we make another deal by the time Garcia is ready to come back at least . I might be wrong about that though.

According to the roster, it sits at 15 with the addition of Armstrong. We don't have to release somebody neccessarily, but I'm pretty sure the Maloofs don't want to keep all 15. Logically, May seems to be the weakest link but I feel the team might wait until the deadline to see where the roster stands barring any trades before releasing a player.

Yeah everything is one sided. The more trade that are discussed the worse the board gets. Watch...it's a biannual thing. You see I already cleaned up the 8 KM trade threads recently.

Calderon is not worh the $$$$$$$$$$ IMO I think trading Kmart for him would be stupid honestly
plus IMO bOTH EVANS & BENO are better at the pg as well as SERGIO is not as good but for what we pay SERGIO we dont need CALDERON I would be pissed off if we got Calderon especiall with us having both Beno & Sergio .

If MARTIN goes to TORONTO the guy we get back name better be CHIR BOSH

Some more **** from Chad Ford (gee, what a surprise). The Kings wouldn't even remotely consider trading Martin for Calderon. What exactly is the point? The Kings need help up front, Martin's the FAR superior player, and (most importantly) Calderon is pretty much useless unless you let him dominate the ball on offense--and we can't have that with Evans.

Agreed, and not to mention that Calderon is HORRIBLE on defense. The poor guy just doesn't understand the concept at all. If Martin is traded, it should be for some help down low.

Kevin Martin is a good player but my opinion is that he is not a winner, just my opinion. Al Jefferson is a little younger and could be an all star power forward. I doubt the wolves would do it but who knows? I think it is time for Kevin to go

Yeah, the Wolves wouldn't do it. It's great value for the Kings but neither Jefferson nor Rubio fit this team. The Kings need interior defense and Jefferson doesn't bring that. Rubio is a ball dominating guard who can't shoot from outside--hard to pair that with another ball dominating guard who can't shoot from outside.
