Should be a good game imo. Gooden ALWAYS seems to kill us so why would he change it up now
I really need a big game from Evans and Hawes...
With that said, Kings rebound from the last lost they gave us. Kings 97-93

The only thing the Kings have been consistent with this season is being inconsistent. I expect nothing different tonight. Most likely Spencer lays an egg, everyone else looks lost and confused and certain fans start screaming again that PW needs to go.

Wait why is Greene starting tonight over Beno? Pairing Beno and Reke in the backcourt works... both are unselfish combo guards, and Beno is a consistent shooter. Greene's more streaky.

We're not always going to score as well as we did the last game. We absolutely need to make a team-wide effort to crash the boards tonight. That's definitely the main key for me.
Defensively, it's largely about scouting. Crash hard on Kaman and make him a passer. Keep Baron on the outside and dare him to shoot. Don't dare Gordon to shoot. And for the love of God, let's not make it like last time and make Steve Blake look like a PG God. If he penetrates, let him penetrate and make him a finisher.
Offensively I expect things to be better than they were in our last meeting with the Clippers. I think that should hopefully be a given.

Beno is starting, a-rod just hasn't updated it yet.

I want him fired regardless — win or lose. The outcome, now anyway, is largely irrelevant to me in terms of won-lost record, I wanted Westphal develop an offensive system, and to create a learning environment, but that didn't happen.

going to be an interesting game coming off our best played game this season IMO. If we make 75% from the free throw line we blow utah out. I hate PW's substitution and playing time techniques but he is a good coach and when its all said and done we have around 10-15 more wins than last year.

10-15 more wins than last year?!?! Never going to happen...the math just isn't there. They MIGHT get to 27 wins this season...their current winning percentage for the season so far would put them on pace for that. But that record is really skewed by a much better early season performance than they have played over the last month or so. To get to 32 wins would require them to play at least .500 ball until the end of the season. I just don't see that happening at all. Finishing with 23-25 wins should be a realistic expectation.

hopefully we can win and make my day a little better

This seems like the perfect opportunity for the team to go out there and lay an egg. If Casspi gets to start, then Donte Greene better get some burn.

Hold on, be patient. Give it time. Last game was a sign that things may be headed this direction. Lets just hold on and see!
