I've like Q since high school, college and now as a Knick. It makes drafting a guy like Barrett much more palatable

I think going back and looking at how we thought about guys through their draft process and matching it with their outcomes is very educational. Gives some insight into what is possible with development. If there strong areas actually translated and if their improvement areas really hindered them.

If we just continually look at new guys year after year without look-backs, it limits the learning.
