Anyone watch Jaden Hardy? He was clearly underrated and not too dissimilar from Keyonte imo. Keyonte is not an elite athlete but he's a) very strong and b) extremely skilled. He also works on the defensive end more than a lot of guards with bad reps.

I'm not sure Hardy was underrated. Could he have gone a few spots higher? Sure. George is better prospect imo. If Beal is a #2 and Hardy is a #6 I think you could split the difference with George being a #4. It's a huge red-flag to me when a guy who is a no-doubt lottery pick chooses not to get measured at the combine. It's probably because he's about 6'2.5" with average length which isn't ideal for a SG.

last year's class was messy after the big 3 (Bari, Paolo, Chet) but I ended up with Hardy #4 in T3, was pretty obvious his game was gonna translate on some level even tho im not totally in love with that archetype.

I have George #4 in this year and think he's probably a better version across the board, just as toolsy if not toolsier and think the playmaking capacity is deeper for KG as well.

I have the Jazz taking Keyonte for this reason precisely.

The Keyonte and JHS thing is that... They have to be like one of the 10 best shooters in NBA history to be very good?

Why?

If Keyonte isn't one of the best shooters in NBA history, doesn't he just end up as Jordan Clarkson

1 time all-star then.

Let's use words that mean things.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."
