Houston and Purdue are too high. I think you need a championship in the last 10 years to be in that upper group of 5.

1. UConn
2. Duke
3. Baylor
4. Florida
5. Kansas

I think 6 is where the debate starts because of the retirements of Williams, Bennett and Wright (and could see an argument against Duke based on this) - and I say this as someone who usually doubts Kansas quite a bit.

When discussing college programs, what you're really looking at most of the time is the coach, his systems and his culture. I think there are blue bloods that will surpass most any coaching change (UNC, Duke, UCLA, Kansas, etc), but the rest are mostly coach-specific in my opinion.

But since this is a NBA Draft forum, it's important to note that coming from a top college program doesn't guarantee NBA success fo individual prospects. Some systems just help guys translate going from college to the NBA.

UCLA shouldn’t be included with those programs anymore

Yeah you're probably right.

Purdue is ranked way too high on preseason rankings imo.

This college basketball season has the most stacked teams in college basketball history that I can ever recall thanks to NIL.

Only list that matters is top 25 NIL budgets. Probably looks close to identical to this list.
