and LaMarcus Aldridge is a BILLION times better than Antonio McDyess. That's EASILY supported by facts.

Aldridge: 21 year old 6'11'', 2nd pick in the draft. 17.4 ppg., 7.4 rpg., 1.5 apg., .8 spg., 1.3 bpg.

McDyess: 34 year old 6'9'', and had multiple knee surgeries. 9 ppg., 8.7 rpg., 1.3 apg., .9 spg., .6 bpg.

Yeah, the fact don't support me.

I'm not a global mod, I can't delete anything here. Besides, even if I were, I'd probably leave the thread here for everyone to see. You've not only made some incredibly ludicrous statements, you've resorted to name calling when you got called out on them.

McDyess was also the 2nd pick in the draft, but you knew that, right?
and his multiple knee surgeries are OBVIOUSLY affecting his play today, yes?

Aldridge is 22. Antonio McDyess is 33. You claim a 13 year difference, when in reality it's less than 11 (Aldridge will turn 23 before McDyess turns 34). Math is certainly your strongpoint.
(insert rofl emoticon here).

Please, use stats to support your arbitrary value assignment of FIVE-FOLD SUPERIORITY and fail to read them for what they are!

Seriously, just give up. This looks dumber with each passing post. I'll trade you Mo Evans for Pau Gasol, sure the numbers are off, but you have to remember that Evans is the #5 option on his team while Gasol is the #2 option on his.

Take this stuff to the trade board and see how quickly you will get laughed off. Aldridge is already better than McDyess, as the stats have already shown, and he has not even scratched the surface of his talent. Meanwhile McDyess is 2 or so years from retirement. If you think a deal headlined by McDyess can get you anywhere near Beasley or Aldridge, by all means, ask some neutral third parties.

Of course I am a neutral third party because I do not root for any of these teams, but what do I know?

No, you're actually making a great example out of yourself.

This thread is done.
It's sad that my first unintentional appearance on the NBA Draft board had to be on "kidz hoo don't reed gud appreeshiayshun day".
and this could have been a relevant thread, too.

I have a problem with that last part. If I offered Antonio McDyess, Amir Johnson, Arron Afflalo, Cheikh Samb, a first-rounder and two second-rounders for LaMarcus Aldridge, Jarrett Jack, Sergio Rodriguez, and Joel Pryzbilla...I'd be laughed off the phone? Really? Wow.

You said this? Right? It is dumb. I read real good.

LOL @ the OP trying to cover up all his posts by editing them with "....".

This was RealGM gold at it's finest.

Yeah, I noticed that when I went back to quote one of his many dumb things. Glad he saved me one.

This is the most hilarious thing I've ever seen.

First the most absurd proposed trade I've ever seen, then he goes back and replaces all of his embarrassing posts with "...."

LOL

If it looks like Gordon & Mayo will be off the board by the time the Clippers pick (likely #6), then I could see them trying to move to #1 to draft Rose. Maybe swap picks, Clippers give their 2nd rounder and maybe next year's lottery protected 1st?

im glad im not the only one that thought that offer was horrible..talking about a D-League guy with great potential.

The Portland offer was good..but i dunno im not that big a fan of LMA, the rebounding numbers just concern me.

Prince
Stuckey
1st Rder
2nd Rder
Future 1st Rder

for

#1 Pick
Blount

I still don't think I'd even consider that as Miami's GM.

Better. But still does not make a ton of sense for Miami.

Unless Miami is getting back an impact player or very promising young player, they won't (and shouldn't) move the pick.

That's of course assuming Miami even gets the #1 pick, which has proven to be far from a 'sure thing' for the worst team in the league in recent past.
