Jazz

Darren Collison: Love his defense, could be great behind Deron Williams. Who doesn't want two players with essentially the same first name at PG?

Mario Chalmers: Could come in, hit a few tre's and play solid defense as a change of pace guy.

Roy Hibbert: He could come in, play 10-15 minutes behind Boozer and Okur and simply rebound and be a big tall guy in the paint. He doesn't need to do anything else, and scoring would be a bonus. Give the Jazz a bit more time to develop Fesenko.

Tyler Hansbrough: This guy is a Jerry Sloan player through and through. He may not be a star in the NBA but he will still work his ass off ever play, Jerry Sloan would be in awe of him and get the absolute most out of him.

Sixers:

Darrell Arthur - I've been intrigued by this kid since I first saw him play last year... I think he's an ideal PF fit for the uptempo and young sixers... He's offensive game is really underrated... I think he'll excel at the next level...

If the Sixers could somehow get Elton Brand this summer that team is right back in the thick of the East. Thaddeus Young is the real deal at the 3. Darrell Arthur would be solid for them.

OJ Mayo, Brook Lopez, Rose or Beasley where we are standing.

If all are gone by #8 (likely), then trade the hell down out of the lottery and see if you can snag Love, Robin Lopez, or Hansborough (if he comes out).

Raptors: Thabeet. I wish they could somehow (trade or buy a second rounder) get Kyle Weaver. Shot blocking and perimeter defense, please. BC, get 'er done.

I certainly hope that was sarcasm.

Rockets: Brandon Rush or CDR. I doubt either will be there, though.

Pretty good list. The Jazz will want someone who can contribute right away, and are less concerned with "upside"...Hansbrough makes good insurance if we decide we can't hang onto Millsap for financial reasons. Like the Hibbert choice too. While Chalmers and Collison are good and useful, I'd rather get a veteran presence at backup PG. Who isn't Jason Hart.

(As I've said on the Jazz Board, in real life I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the Jazz trade this pick away for financial and roster reasons.)
