Who do you think are the players that are most likely to be drafted lower than they're projected? Does anyone see a thing like Jameer Nelson happening again?

Gordon. When it comes down to it, do GMs bet their jobs on an under-sized 2 coming from a team that disappointed? Not unless thay have great job security and faith.

I could see augustin slipping because of his size. Love could easily fall to the late teens because he wont be great in the workouts. Hibbert might drop to the 2nd round, because outside of his size he isnt an NBA caliber player.

Some of these responses I just don't understand given the context of the question......MOST LIKELY

Bayless, Gordon and Budinger don't belong in the discussion IMO because, while they could very well end up slipping a couple spots, by no means is it the MOST LIKELY to occur

Javale McGee. Guy got killed by small conference type big men (who aren't NBA bigs) and the more GM will look and see a guy who is far away from contributing defensively and raw offensively except for a jump shot, he could fall h a r d.

I could see Augustin being a guy who's game doesn't show up in the weight room as well as it does on the court. (like Durant last year.) That could cause a slip. However, the fact that three teams (Sacramento, Indiana, and Portland) all need a PG in back to back to back picks make me think it's unlikely he goes past portland. (I think it would take a couple of those team's resolving their PG issues via trade.)

my answers:

eric gordon: kind of undersized and one dimensional. is he really worth a top 10 pick?

Deandre Jordan: the thought is that "some GM will fall for his potential," but what if they are all scared by his complete lack of basketball skill? how far would he fall to fall to be considered a slip? (DX has him at 12, which kind of seems like a slip already)

Gallinari: Call it "Bustnani panic"

Kevin Love- I think scouts will be turned off by his lack of mobility.

DJ Augustin- FIVE FOOT ELEVEN.

Two players that I think will go higher then currently project (RE: what i see on nbadraft.net)

Brandon Rush and Roy Hibbert.

I think a lot of it will depend on how the lottery shakes out...but one of these skinny big men without any demonstrated NBA skill are likely to fall.

Draftexpress has three bigs in the top 20 with the weakness "lacks/poor fundamentals." -- Randolph, Jordan, and McGee.

My money is Randolph falling once the lottery pans out as GMs on late lottery teams go for guys that can contribute now...
