He did it with a primary type Guard, who the heck cares if he is a 2 guard or a PG, the point is that he had a play-making Guard with legit pull-up gravity, that's the good life

Brook Lopez is way better at defense than Bryant, he can move okay, and he is massive (7'2/7'3) Bryant has great size but Brook is a mountain

It's not only about learning, it's about things you can't change, he drags his feet behind him and moves like he is in sand, he just has limited tools, he is never going to be able to even hedge properly

Lol you can tell who has watched very little of Bryant. He's easily one of the most skilled bigs in the entire league

He is a late invitee to the green room pushing the number to 23.

I was kind of whatever on this pick and the fit, and then I remembered that the Clippers got a pretty decent signing in Mo Speights for the minimum a couple years back, and this guy could be like a shot-blocking version of him. So he's in a good situation for Doc's offense, and if he can be a rotation big that's pretty solid for where he was drafted.

Currently slotted as the 3rd C behind Zubac and Harrell.

However, he adds shooting, and if his range translates he can get some time on the floor to help space it. Also with Harrell expiring, can move up the depth chart and wont have someone signed in front of him. If his range and defense in space REALLY translates, then maybe he can get some mins at the 4.

Regardless, he's a nice pick at #27 and the Clippers under the Logo has forced Doc to play youngsters more and so far theyre producing.

I think he will play ahead of Zubac. Kid is a very good player. I wanted him on the Celtics but Ainge had other ideas. Anyway Doc doesn't trust young players so he may bury him on the bench or send him to the G-League for the entire year.

He's not really that young. He'll be 22 in August.
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.
