Which would be silly to me. You'd be hard-pressed to say Tyler Herro is above average at anything besides three-point shooting, and he's doing alright for himself. Howard also got to the free throw line a ton and will hit them at about 90%; not like someone can lead the country in scoring by an entire point per game on only threes.

Well, Herro's half a foot taller than Howard and is a far better all-around NBA talent, imo.


Not so much that Herro is considered more valuable than the #1 pick to some people while Howard is considered late 2nd/undrafted. He’s less than a year older than Herro and was the team’s best shooter when he played for USA basketball in the same age group as players like Jackson Jr., Trent Jr., and Quickley.

too vague of a question for me but a ton of good names with very different shooting strengths

When judging people should be considering who are the best shooters with the ball in their hands and eliminate those who are just good playing off the ball.
