James Bouknight is also childhood friends and was youth/AAU teammates with Cole Anthony. If Bouknight is there I think the Magic take him.

Presti loves to shake it up. Watch him draft someone like Mann at 6#.

I see this draft as open season from pick 6# onwards.

Anyone can champion a prospect at that stage and onwards and I wouldn’t bat an eyelid.

Look the draft is deep with “potential” prospects, but the high end talent isn’t there for me after 4#.

if he wants Tre Mann he can get him with #16 or #18

I wouldn’t be a 100% sure on that not with where the NBA is going. Teams are specifically looking at high lvl guard operators. Emulation

Because of illegal screens, carrying, pnr shooting and playmaking is nigh on impossible to contain nowadays.

If you measure old school play defensive coverage by meterage then compare it today which starts at the front of the center logo.

The defensive coverage by space is unbelievably higher at volume to defend.

It’s a small space to guard post play.

It’s a huge space to cover the whole entire area of the half court.

he hasn't proven he's a high level operator tho, he had 1:1 assist-to ratio at Florida (granted that offense was a complete mess), and yea he's 6-4...but with a 6-4 w/s which kinda negates a lot of his height if we're being honest, and doesn't really have any outlier skills or physical tools...it's just so hard to justify Mann that high tbh in THIS class of all classes, especially when OKC is already loaded at guard (SGA, Theo, Dort) and also have picks in the teens where Mann will most likely still be available.

don't see it happening at all, sry.

they seemingly have young developing players at every position. Not players I would have signed or chosen but guys that make me think they don't want even more youth so they might trade out. If they keep it I think Moody makes the most sense and could very well be their starting SG day one.
