Yep. On my personal board, I have him at #1. He will probably go #10 on draft night, then 5 years later, like Kawhi or PG, people will be saying "why was this guy drafted so low?!"

I hope you're right. He's a local kid so he will always have my support. I have him as my 2nd big off the board. Neck and neck between him and Okongwu.

I also like Okongwu. He reminds me of Elton Brand. He is undersized but is a beast down low, and tends to win the battle in the trenches against who ever is in the paint with him. But I do like Jalen a little bit more because I think Jalen's jump shot is a little bit better.

This draft really excites me, it reminds me of the 1998 draft with Vince, Dirk, Pierce, Jamison, Bibby, Hughes. This draft is deep, with no clear #1, and the gap in talent between the top 10 guys is very small. Just like in the 1998 draft, i think one or two teams with a late lottery pick could end up being surprised in getting a perennial all star.

He looks like a slightly more mobile, more defensively capable version of Thomas Bryant to me. I think he'd go in the 15-20 range, maybe tail end of the lottery if his workouts go well. If he moves laterally well enough to guard out on the floor, that will help his case.

Looks like I was right about this one. Im still sticking with my ''poor man's Anthony Davis'' comparison for Jalen. Smith has been great since he is starting and getting minutes and has been out performing the other post players in his draft class.

I think he can do what Domantas Sabonis did and make a big leap in his 3rd and 4th year to eventually become an all star player and legit #2 or #3 on a really good team.
