Kennard was doing a lot of gunning and hero ball throughout the game. Not impressed.

Gunning? I'd hardly call shooting 55% from three gunning. Not to mention his seven rebounds and five assists.

I get being hesitant with Tatum because his lack of explosion. But man if there is one guy that can be a star despite the lack of explosion it's Tatum. His skill level at every aspect of the game is so freaking high. He has really settled down in the offense and has looked great the past month.

I can get why someone would fall in love with him and take him in the top 3 and I would understand 100% if he slid out of the top 6-7.

Still have him at 2nd spot (only behind Fultz).

Some team is hoping another is dumb enough to take him over any of the big 4.

Probably one of those Monk homers.

This could get interesting. I think Tatum goes over Ingram in last year's draft.

I think i still Ingram ahead of him, shooting is sort of a simialr, even if Ingram is struggling now, and Ingram while lacking in strength has better tools overall I'd say, and instincts.

Ingram's got a slightly higher ceiling, but he's also got bust potential. I mean, he's been awful in the NBA, so far. But that should have been expected considering his age and lack o strength. I think Tatum is much more of a sure thing in the NBA and should start off a lot better.

The thing I hate about Tatum is that he throws a lot of shoots off balance when in the most of the times it's unnecessary due to his high release as shooter and the space between him and his defender that he creates. I do not know why he does things like this, it would suck if he is trying to be cool or is afraid to be blocked.

Disagree on shooting. Ingram shot 68.2% from the line, while Tatum is shooting 87.5%. I think Tatum is clearly a level ahead of Ingram as a shooter.

I think both are very weak, but Tatum has a much nicer frame to put on weight and I'd trust him more in this regard going forward.

On an apples to apples comparison, and ignoring Ingram's time on the Lakers, I'd rate them similarly. Ingram's natural length is ridiculous, and I'd likely give him the edge on upside, but I'd also say that Tatum is far more likely to hit his ceiling than Ingram is because I never trusted Ingram's ability to put on weight.

I wish (as a Lakers fan) i could say the same about Ingram shot.
Tatum has to add NBA 3pt range - of course. But FT show us difference between them. Tatum has much better shooting mechanics.

Tatum has really impressed me as of late. He's always had the potential to be a lethal isolation scorer but over the past few games I've grown more and more comfortable with him in that role. If he can be a consistent shooter at the next level - and I believe he can - then we're looking at an extremely versatile scorer who could potentially give you 20+ PPG on good efficiency (still don't see elite efficiency yet, though).

He's got good defensive tools and has shown flashes of great play but he's got to find a next gear defensively in order to become one of the premium perimeter defenders. Still believe his lack of playmaking instincts hurts his offensive ceiling but a Paul George-type of upside (better ballhandling but probably not the quite the defender when both are engaged) is there and that's great potential for a #4-6 pick in the draft.

I've been a vocal fan of Isaac but Tatum's floor is definitely higher as he's much more advanced offensively at this point. Not sure if I pick that over Isaac's ceiling but it's possible and that's something I didn't say a couple months ago. Credit to him!
