27 minutes, 13 pts, 3-4 from 3PA and +2 in a loss to the Bucks.

Where's Big J to give us the objective truth on a night when Scoot actually played well? Hmm...

Easily Scoot best game of his NBA career from an efficiency standpoint. Shot 50% from the field but still struggled on defense committing 5 fouls with zero Steals or Blocks.

Miller outshined his best game of the year on the same night putting up 20 pts on just 11 shots.

That's great for Miller. Unlike everyone else, I liked and still like both prospects and don't feel the need to pit them against each other in every thread.

I know you kept posting over and over again you didn't care about his shooting. Maybe this last game will get his confidence rolling.

Yeah, like, you can just put people on ignore and not say you're doing it

That's what I do.

VJ Edgecombe/Jrue Holiday

Ignore is an annoying feature here because the person you are ignoring can still see your posts and even quote them, which kind of makes it impossible to truly ignore them. It should work more like a block where they can't see your posts.

It also doesn't block them on posts someone quoted them on

Double Spoiler: He never went down to the G-League. He was recalled before he spent anytime there.

It’s so easy nowadays for people to run with any bit of old or false news.

Technically he did.
He participated with the G-League team during a practice for conditioning. It was a technicality/protocol required so he could participate.

He was 'sent down' and 'recalled' all within a matter of 3-hrs.... just long enough to participate in 1 practice.

1 dunk in 8 games.

Meanwhile Ja averages 0.84 dunks per game in his career vs Scoot trending 0.13 dunks per game.

Is this really what you're taking laps on today?

Weird flex after he had another +10 game last night and went 2-3 on 3s.

I was told he was the next Ja when it came to athleticism so yeah, the fact his finishing has been awful and he is playing the below the rim feels like something worth talking about. Glad to see the last two games he is shooting it better, shooting 8% from 3 for the season didn't seem like something that would carry over.

Back to back 13 point games is good hoping he can stay on this roll.

Who told you he was the next Ja? Can you quote someone in this thread saying that? It’s just honestly you might as well run a race against strawmen because that’s what you’re doing here.

Is this a serious task you are giving me? I mean Morant is littered throughout the thread over and over again. Morant name is probably mentioned 200+ times when it came to his shooting, athleticism, playmaking etc... over and over. I don't have time to find every single one but yeah here a few I found searching for 3 mins.

Scoot's path to getting to a Morant level player..... and I actually have Scoot as a better prospect than Ja coming out.

which 5 PGs starting in the NBA are better athletes than Scoot today?

only two you can make an argument for are Ja and Fox, and even then I can make a pretty solid pro Scoot argument in that convo. no one else is close now. Russ a few years ago obviously but not anymore.

Scoot he is a top 3 athlete at the PG position in the NBA on day one.

he's shooting 33%, and they did the same exact thing to Ja Morant @ Murray St., but of course I'm sure you think Murray St. was playing tougher competition than the G League too.
