Nice analysis scout. He’s a similar size and length, but is more athletic than Gobert. His drtg in college was lower than Anthony Davis’s in college. Burden of proof is on you bud.

I feel like he's showing more than the Whiteside/Jordan skillset that everyone figured would be all he could do. I think he could be a Bosh or even up to a Davis, allowing for some positional flexibility.

Wiseman isn't a defender on Gobert's level. He moves too slow laterally. High BBIQ Whiteside is a good comparison. If he can hit the 3, then the game changes. If he strokes it well from deep in workouts, he will be the #1 pick no matter what even if the Wolves trade out.

No I would not trade PJ Washington to move up. Most I would trade is Bridges and even then I would still stay at 3 and not just give away assets.

If the Warriors are gifted Edwards because the Wolves decided to take Wiseman/Ball (or any team for that matter)....

Edwards will be the piece to move the Warriors into the next decade.

i think he'll be a less variance version of Ayton

They are like nothing alike, Ayton had more moves, more upright, they have different bodies in general, Ayton much stronger lower body for example

If Ayton was in this draft their would hopefully be no question whatsoever of him going #1. Wiseman could potentially be better, but it's a long shot.

I'd take Edwards over Ayton.

Are you his publicist. Ayton is ten times the player that Edwards is. Ayton actually makes his shots and plays defense.

Bridges has no value. Keep him. Washington might be too much to give, but if you're not willing to give him up you clearly don't care much about getting Wiseman. I see Ball or Okongwu in your future. For your sake I hope it's Okongwu.

No, I'm not using hindsight in my decision.

Youre not describing Ayton the prospect.

Interesting thought. Isn't Ayton pretty much just living up to what was expected of him?

Sure and if Edwards lives up to everything that is expected, he would be the better one of the two

If Edwards lives up to what I expect he won't be good at all. If he reaches his perfect potential sure he could be better. How often do players live up to their perfect potential. Give me my choice between those two give me Ayton or Wiseman every time over Edwards.

Taking a 5 over a 2 is the biggest mistake. Also Doncic >Young>Ayton.

if the 5 is better than the 2 it's not a mistake at all. Ridiculous to act like position is all that matters. Edwards is not good. He shoots 40% AND 29% from 3. He doesn't defend. Ayton is very good. Doncic has nothing to do with it.

As for a post, this is a fail. Two bad points that don't make sense. You lost all credibility now from here on out, and not worth reading anything more from posters like this.

lol at the bitchy aspect of this response "you suck...no one should ever read your craps" Sheesh....smoke a fatty or something.

The reason why the Kings took Bagley is because they are jokes in assessing what it takes to win in this era of hoops. They have an idiot owner and Vlade just got canned.

The question keeps coming back to...how would a guy even like David Robinson do in this era of hoops. Could he switch out and guard other guards or would he be constantly put in a mismatch and abused. That's the game right now. Especially in the closing minutes of a game.

I think Warriors might see a super unique talent in Wiseman..and draft him. But I would not be surprised if they took Deni instead....wanting multiple switchable big guards and SFs.

Yeah, when in doubt always take the wing over the center.

AD is as trascendal as they come and he never got out of the first round. Jokic is struggling in the post-season. Embiid just go swept. You take the 6'7/6'8 wing with scoring and creation potential 10/10 times if your team sucks.

I'm on the "suns should get more fire for passing on Doncic than they get" boat.
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.

I don’t want to be that guy but the Anthony Davis-led Pelicans swept the Blazers in 2018.

One thing about Wiseman, I dunno if it's the baby face or what, but he doesn't look huge when you see him in a picture by himself, just like a tall basketball player. When you see him with other players, his entire frame, body, head, everything just looks soooo giant. He's like a lot bigger than he looks, if that makes sense, and not just from a height standpoint. He almost looks photoshopped into some photos because his proportions look wrong.
