22 points on 16 shots. 4 steals. First summer league game.

I'm going to have a lot of fun going back through the comments on this thread some day.

Real curious to see how he does as the analytics seem super high on him.

I'm surprised his defense seems to be good despite not playing zone.

I think this will be looked back on as one of the major "wins" for the analytics movement. The traditional evaluations just did not have him as much more than a fringe 1st-round prospect and the numbers had him top 5 almost across the board (regardless of the methodology involved). Watching his scouting videos it looked like he was doing NBA things to me, though I don't pretend to be a scout or anything. I wanted my Jazz to grab him at 23 and he went 1 spot earlier. I think he will be a quality NBA starter and might even make an All Star team. I'm thinking Tayshaun Prince level player, which is a massive steal in the 20s.

one thing, you won't have to worry about an injury messing up his game.

Liked him quite a bit during the draft. Definitely a player I am going to keep an eye on. Wasn't sure what his role with Memphis would be since he cannot play PG or SF - but that team needs wing scoring so he might be their 6th man.

In my mind he is the prototypical bench scorer, a James Harden-lite (with probably better defense).
