Miller shows up, Miles tells Davis to go get the gun from the backseat of Miller's car and the dude starts spraying (Hitting Miller's car twice).

again, none of this is new info to police or Alabama. If there was enough to charge Miller he would've been charged.

Detective Culpepper says gun, you say hat. Provide a news article about the hat.

Then why didn't Detective Culpepper charge Miller?

and I don't have the texts between them, all we know is the gun was in a hat that was in Miller's backseat. when Miller shows up Miles literally tells Davis "the heat is in the hat"...Davis grabs it and starts spraying (Hitting Miller's windshield twice).

i just find it hard to believe that Miles explicitly told Miller to bring him a gun and there was no charge. Not sure how Culpepper can say "there is nothing to charge Miller with"...that is at least an accessory.

obv there is a huge amount of missing intel here but bringing the gun to a murder is a pretty clear cut accessory to murder case so if there was no charge there had to have been a reason.

So you really believe Miller would go out of his way to bring Miles his hat at that time of night? That is some brain dead thinking there.

I don't believe anything, I'm just stating what we know and don't know, and just trying to explain how/why he hasn't been charged as an accessory.

I’d be surprised if he wasn’t suspended indefinitely and misses the rest of the season.

WOW WTF?!?!

Read on Twitter

In an evolving situation, we don't yet know who else will get caught in the investigation net.

BAD BAD look for Miller. Shocking lack of discernment.

He'll fall in the draft but it doesn't sound like he cares.

We'll have to wait and see whether he's implicated further.

Alabama Code Title 13A. Criminal Code § 13A-4-3

(a) A person is guilty of criminal conspiracy if, with the intent that conduct constituting an offense be performed, he agrees with one or more persons to engage in or cause the performance of such conduct, and any one or more of such persons does an overt act to effect an objective of the agreement.

I think the likely explanation is Miller knew something was about to go down. I doubt he expected Miles to go full rogue and shoot up the car the way the testimony reads.

As far as the car blocking - that could mean many different things and doesn’t mean Miller positioned the car to not allow the victims to leave. Remember, the cops have this thing on camera which is why Miles was charged in the first place after denying everything.

So “wrong place, wrong time, stupid **** decision” by Miller and let him sit the rest of the season.

Anyways, that’s my initial observation and we should wait for more facts to be released.

This is going to get Oats fired. Or it should.

Miller absolutely should not be playing. This is insanity.

Wrong place wrong time would be you're eating at taco bell and the scene just popped off.

This was a text message, bring the gun over, and then drive to the scene and block the car. Hes not being charged with anything currently though. If everyone involved says the right things and the cops didnt go hard after it he might sneak off legal problems in Alabama.

Its a huge red flag on his character. Hes 20 year olds even a teenager knows this is putting yourself out there to get involved with murder.

We don't know if he was actually blocking the car though (the way we think of blocking a car)

I just think back to my college days...you always had your boys and your crew. It's probably like that 100x when you're apart of a basketball team.

Someone was murdered but my point is I'm not sure he had an idea of what he was getting into other than 'I'm here for you' type thing.

C’mon man. Even if was “get my hat”, once you grab the hat, you notice the gun. You’re giving the dude a gun that he asked for. If you aren’t bolting tf outta there at that point, you are a moron.
