What don’t you like about his game?

He will be 23 in a few months and is playing against people generally 2-3 years younger than him. He is small. He is not elite athletically to make up for his size. He doesn't get to the line. He doesn't shoot well at the line. He should be taken in the 2nd round if he gets drafted at all in my opinion.

I'd bet your mortgage that he'll go in the first round, and he should - because he plays so similarly to Patrick Beverley. And he's actually bigger and stronger than Beverley.

Also this looks like a year where there are alot of guys that bust relative to expectations.

I like Jackson. At worst, he's another Gafford - who's finally playing up to his ability now - he was lazy in Chicago.

Pippen is listed at 6'1 170. That's 1 inch and 35 lbs less than Mitchell - who you said was too small - unless you think Pip Jr is an elite athlete.

Wiki and Google have him at 6'3", guess we will find out when they all get measured. I would bet without shoes Mitchell is 6'0, maybe a half inch taller at most. I do think Pippen is a better athlete, has a better handle, gets to the rim more, is a better basketball player and younger. So if you want to bet Mitchell goes in the 1st round, I can't control what gm's do so no dice. If you want to bet on his success, sure. I bet he does not return 1st round value. I also bet Pippen has a better career.

Why?

I'm legitimately wondering.

Not sure what I'm missing when I watch video of him. He just looks like an energy big to me. I admit I could be wrong but the stuff I've seen he reminds me of Jordan Hill.

What's the potential you (or others) are seeing to make him a lotto talent??

he has the makings of an elite switch/help defender as a big, 3 level mobility, also profiles as a + PNR big...his offensive repertoire is limited obviously but that's not why you'd be drafting him anyways.

Terrence Clarke just died in a car accident, absolutely terrible.

WKYT has confirmed former UK men’s basketball player Terrence Clarke has died in Los Angeles.

Sources tell WKYT Clarke and BJ Boston were leaving a workout in LA. We have been told Clarke died on the way to hospital.

Boston was reportedly in a car behind him. We don’t know details on what happened.

This breaks my heart. Feel so bad for his family and Boston having to see that. Loved that kid's game. R.I.P

And significantly faster to boot with a much more polished off the bounce shot package.

Apparently Boston was in the car right behind Clarke.

If Anthony Edwards was in this draft with Jalen Green, which of these two high upside SG’s would you select if you had the choice?

for me Green pretty clearly. last year Green would've been my #1 prospect, Antman was 5th.

Green, no hesitation. I think I had Edwards around 10 last year. I have Green 1 this year just ahead of Mobley.
