What don’t you like about his game?

He will be 23 in a few months and is playing against people generally 2-3 years younger than him. He is small. He is not elite athletically to make up for his size. He doesn't get to the line. He doesn't shoot well at the line. He should be taken in the 2nd round if he gets drafted at all in my opinion.

Also this looks like a year where there are alot of guys that bust relative to expectations.

I like Jackson. At worst, he's another Gafford - who's finally playing up to his ability now - he was lazy in Chicago.
Pippen is listed at 6'1 170. That's 1 inch and 35 lbs less than Mitchell - who you said was too small - unless you think Pip Jr is an elite athlete.

Why?
I'm legitimately wondering.
Not sure what I'm missing when I watch video of him. He just looks like an energy big to me. I admit I could be wrong but the stuff I've seen he reminds me of Jordan Hill.
What's the potential you (or others) are seeing to make him a lotto talent??
WKYT has confirmed former UK men’s basketball player Terrence Clarke has died in Los Angeles.
Sources tell WKYT Clarke and BJ Boston were leaving a workout in LA. We have been told Clarke died on the way to hospital.
Boston was reportedly in a car behind him. We don’t know details on what happened.

I'd bet your mortgage that he'll go in the first round, and he should - because he plays so similarly to Patrick Beverley. And he's actually bigger and stronger than Beverley.
