His jumper needs work, he’s not going to be making his jumpers as much as he is right now. His FT percentage also indicates that.

It needs work but it's not broken. Form wise it looks a lot like Fox's jumper which has come along pretty nicely.

He has a pull-up three and he has a step-back, two necessary skills in the NBA
that many young players don't have. Sleeper-Supreme!

That FT% scares me though, and I don't think he'll add much to an offense other than scoring.

But the talent is definitely there. He'll have night we're he'll drop 40 points like its nothing.

yeah, i missed that. Very valid point. Also, the assist to turnover rate isn't great.
Still young, let's see how the rest of his season goes.

The assist rate should scare you a bit more when you combine that with the film, lol. He has shown very minimal court vision so far this season.

Ya I don't really see him ever becoming much of a facilitator. Doesn't seem to have the natural vision and definitely doesn't have the play style for it.

But to me he has all the tools I would look for when it comes to a wing scorer. I'm not even too worried about the FT% because I really like his form.

But I won't lie, I just really love his ability to create space. I feel like I'm letting a lot of his flaws kind of go because of that ability. He is just so good at creating space for himself.

My issue with the creating space thing is it's very often for mid range jumpers. His balance is DAMN good, so I can see him expanding it to three...but his shot chart is not great (last I checked?). I'd also like to see him use his wiggle/strength to attack the rim more. Only 20% of his shots have been in the paint, and it's not like he's getting fouled all the time too sending him to the FT line. 4.1 FTA/40 is bad.

You’re right, they’re fairly similar.

Oh ya I agree with you on that. I am not a fan of his shot selection. It hasn't bit him in the butt yet, but you don't want a guy relying on those shots. Worst kinds of shots to rely on.

Is he related to Kevin Porter from the 70s/80s?

Are you talking about yourself? Because Porter’s father is an assistant coach. I’m sure it’s not black and white. He’s a smart kid.
