I must say... all this ‘not zion level prospect’ but then gets compared to Luka... not 1 NBA gm would take Zion over Luka, hell Ja is far superior to Zion. Cade being Luka 2.0 is infinitely better then being compared to Zion. Cade will be a rockstar in the league and blow by Zion within 2 years of being in league.

No... just reality. Zion is a 4 pretending to be a 3 with prior injuries and a massive weight issue, nor does Zion dictate anything like Luka does. Luka controls the whole game, Zion, is a watcher, Luka T5 in game right now, Zion ain’t in T20. Just as Cade will control ball like Luka. If the comparison is Luka, no need to even bring Zion up bc Zion isn’t on Luka level.

Again, Cade Cunningham thread. Whatever your opinion of Zion is irrelevant, yet that's the clearest perspective out of your two post. You made two statements about the actual topic.

Yet he didn’t win ROY so I guess it wasn’t that great.. That went to Ja. Zion also had the luxury of coming in 1/2 way thru. The reality is Ja > Zion in the current nba format. Zion is being propped up bc Nike coin, ESPN, Duke if you being honest.

I’m not the one who brought up Zion. That’s the topic, the topic is Cade ceiling is Luka well, well Luka is the superior prospect compared to Zion yet Zion is being mentioned as the “elite” yet Luke is actually the “elite” not Zion.

No, the topic is Cade Cunningham, who is the most recent consensus can't miss since Zion (which was the only purpose for any mention of Zion in the OP).
You've now made 4 post in a Cade Cunningham thread, you've mentioned 4 players, the only player other than Cade that you've made less points about is Ja Morant. So you're pretty blatantly off topic here.
So here's what we're going to do, your next post in this thread needs to be geared towards something Cade Cunningham relevant i.e. your opinion on him, his skillset, his strengths and/or weaknesses. You will also refrain from mentioning any player outside of his potential draft class.
This serves as your warning.

Who made Zion the can’t miss? He’s always been a superior dunker with elite hoops. Poor shooter going back to his 3-stripes years but unlike Cade, Zion doesn’t own the ball. So comparing him to Zion is well foolish at best. Zion needs a elite point. Cade is far superior to Zion if everything being honest, hell Zion was viewed behind multiple prospects in terms of actual skill, Zion would kill at Rucker but this ain’t Rucker this the show. Play off him. Let him shoot and watch bricks unfold. Cade. Is far closer to Harden then Luka anyways, he’s a thick, drives the paint.
couldn't do it huh?

Re: Cade Cunningham
yeah, simmons without the ridiculous size and he's a tier or two below in terms of athleticism. similar feel for the game, excellent passer and can actually shoot. rich man's kyle anderson in terms of bball skills with better athleticism. there haven't been a lot of guys like him. MCW that can shoot/score. what shaun livingston was supposed to be.

I meant more the fact that Zion was the last "can't miss prospect" since he was drafted after Luka and Luka wasn't considered that going by the fact that he went third and not 1. I agree with you though I have Luka over Zion as well. Me bringing up Zion had more to do with the hype around him even though I think the hype will eventually he warranted.

He’s a Magic/Doncic level prospect for sure. Has a chance to be the best player in the league in a decade or less. Haven’t been this high on a prospect in quite some time

Re: Cade Cunningham
The kid is incredible. I cannot remember such a well-rounded player coming out since Lebron. He has everything you could ask for on offense. If he decides he wants to be an elite defender he could be up there with the greatest of all time. I know this sounds like hyperbole but sometimes kids like this come around, every couple of decades or so, and deserve it. I wouldn't compare him to Magic or Luka because both had major flaws in the games (shooting, defense, athleticism (whether vertically for Magic or vertically and laterally like Luka) where Cade does not. He still has to show he has leadership and the clutch gene but on paper he's ridiculous like Lebron was as a prospect. Of course Lebron was 6'8" 250 and aided by PEDs so he can't quite reach those heights. He's worth tanking for like with Lebron and Duncan. And the 2021 class might be the GOAT so even if you lose out on Cade there are going to be multiple stars to choose from in the lottery.

lol. what a stupid and unnecessary comment. also, while cunningham is a good athlete, he's not an elite athlete which is why he's not a kobe, tmac, lebron, mj, type prospect.

Lebron had to get surgery to remove that tumor off his brow line which is a tell tale sign of HGH use. He also has been rumored to have frequented the same Miami clinic the William's sisters and others used that is famous for blood doping and PEDs. Sorry your idol isn't squeaky clean. There's a reason why players play longer than they used to. Pretending PEDs aren't rampant in the NBA when Giannis put on 40 pounds of muscle over a 3-4 year period despite being rail thin for 90% of his life.
the lack of being an elite athlete really prevented Magic, Bird, Tatum, Luka, Trae, and Harden from becoming superstars...oh wait. Kobe was such a Kobe type prospect he was taken 13th. Tmac such an incredible athlete it got him taken 9th. And we're talking about a kid in Cade who can do windmill dunks lmao and that's before he gets that magic sauce once he gets into the NBA along with better nutrition and coaching.
Ouch. But great post!!!
