LOL LaMarcus Aldridge is a 7-time All-Star and 3-time Top 10 MVP Candidate.

I would be ecstatic if Boozer had the career of Aldridge.

but not a true #1 that could carry a franchise to deep playoff runs. He made top 10 MVP three times (once 7th, once 9th and once 10th) in a 17 year career so it's not like he was a perennial MVP candidate or anywhere near one of the NBA's best players. He led his teams to 4 total playoff series wins. There's level to this. I mean, people are laughably claiming that Boozer is a better prospect than Banchero which I guess is kinda par for the course on here.
Foes..you DO realize I don't see your posts....right?

Paolo doesn't project to be better than Aldridge either.

Paolo projects to be better than Aldridge for me. His overall game sets him up to be far more dominant offensively than Aldridge ever was.

He definitely has the tools, but he has a long ways to go. Incredibly inefficient and defensive limitations are massive hurdles he will need to prove he can overcome and can't just be waived away.

LMA is a weird comp anyways, LMA was much more of a 5 at some point than a 4, eventually became a true big, Paolo is a 4, Booz is likely just a 4...neither have the size of LMA and LMA never had the playmaking chops of Paolo

Boozer is like Paolo without the passing.

I see more Webber on offense without the passing but having range to 3.

Cam Boozer is a better version of his dad, especially on the offensive side, and probably a more front-facing player.

i feel bad for the other twin man, Cayden is like a few inches shorter and a complete non-prospect. weird how that happens.

Is he just getting hype because of his brother? He's listed as a 4 star across the platforms...

I think he'll be a solid college player that is a good connective piece, seems like a legitimate 4 star to me, but I agree that a lot would have to happen to be an NBA player.

his ranking definitely gets a Boozer boost, he's a 6-4 without any discernable elite traits...he'll be fine in college but at this point a non prospect for the NBA

Cayden Boozer will have a long and prosperous 10-12 year NBA career.

Cam Boozer peaking at Lamarcus Aldridge would be extremely disappointing.

Ya Cayden should end up being a really good college lead guard. But ya when it comes to NBA prospects. He really brings nothing to the table to get excited about. Not a high level shooter or defender, and really lacks athleticism to be a high level guard.

Any prospect peaking as a multiple time all star with hundreds of millions of contract earnings is not disappointing.

Yeah, like, he might as well just stay in college and become a lawyer or something. Just a waste of time if you aren't MVP caliber.
New York said Mitchell wasn't the guy you trade the sink for, then they traded it for Mikal, lol.

A perennial All-Star and All-NBA guy is a disappointing outcome to you? Yikes.

I don’t really see that. Bagley’s success came because of his quickness to go with his size. He never was viewed as the most skilled guy.

Boozer’s entire thing is just how advanced his skills are at his size and age. He’s extremely skilled inside and is already a legit 40% 3pt shooter and 80+% guy from the line.
