He does indeed.
Frankie Vision is cold as hell for dropping this the week before the draft.

The Kings taking this guy 2nd would be too much. If I'm picking any lotto player to be out of the league in 4 years he's my #1 candidate

I stay the hell away from MPJ. The guy is fool's gold, imo.
The more and more I'm reading, it looks like MPJ will be the pick at 2. I hope I am wrong and it's all smokescreen. But if not,

Yikes, really?
I will say one positive thing, and that's that I think MPJ is a great fit with Giles if he pans out (though of course both have major injury concerns, so eh). Giles the interior big, MPJ gets to play the 4 where I think he's best suited, gives you some great shooting/shot making from the PF spot.
For the Bulls it's worse because he doesn't fit with Markkanen, both positionally and strengths/weaknesses wise, plus we have other volume scorer/shoot 1st guys like Lavine.

Now mocked to Memphis.

I looked at some of the talk on the Kings board. Maybe Vlade's liked him for a long time, he's proven willing to take risks but is likely to trade down to do so (you would hope as a Kings fan, anyway), their reporter said MPJ might well be the pick if the medical goes well, and now the canceled workout, which could be percieved a bunch of different ways.
I'm starting to think the draft pants out like this -
1. Suns - Ayton
2. Memphis (via Kings) - Bagley or Doncic
3. ATL - JJJ (pretty sure they're locked in on him)
4. Kings (via Memphis) - MPJ
Now, there's also talk that Dallas love Carter and are considering trading back to still get him. As a Bulls fan, that intrigues me as a trade partner. But in this outcome, one of Doncic or Bagley is on the board at 5, maaaybe JJJ if you don't think ATL takes him. The question is, would Dallas still trade back with one of Bagley/Doncic on the board?
From a Bulls fans perspective, this is an exciting chance to maybe get one of Doncic/Bagley.

Not sure what you've read there, I was under the impression Dallas was looking at Bamba anyway. I'm thinking the Kings would have to be out on Porter if they couldn't examine him, no?
Doesn't mean they would take Doncic though and could see someone else too If Doncic is at 5 with Bamba I'd wonder if Dallas would trade back to make it an easier choice Whoever gets either of those 2 should be thrilled imo
