Yeah I was looking at him as a potential one-and-done going into last season, but he didn’t really mesh with Holman and I didn’t realize he was that young where he could be one of the few college sophomores on a U19 team.

If you were born after 2000, you are legit for U19. RJ, Zion, Tre Jones, Jaxon Hayes, Horton-Tucker actually are all qualified.

Tight game with Lithuania. Really dominant game for Tyrese Haliburton...Excited to see him next season

Haliburton looks good. I'm curious to see if can become more aggressive and keep his shooting up but he clearly has some valuable skills.

Filip Petrusev should be the first round pick next year. He has great footwork , good post moves , he's a good three point shooter as well but for Serbia he's not allowed to do that ,dumb coaching

He is one of the most offensively skilled centers that I have seen in a long time. But he has a few things he needs to clean up; silly, ticky-tacky fouls and he is loose with the ball, it gets knocked out of his hands a lot easier than it should be. But I think those things are easily fixable. He’s really, really good.

Joel Ayayi (France, Gonzaga) keeps improving yr after yr ! He should be a serious player in the rotation next yr

And he has done his best game for France in youth categories against Canada in 1/4 finals. Borderline triple double with tremendous iq basket today (very few mistakes) and great leadership/clutch shoots.

Dimanche might have potential as well as he can play on both ends. But he still needs to improve his reliability with his shoots/finition at the rim.

hope to see this sqad against the US in final even though there is not much hope considering our frontcourt.

Anyone have an opinion on Terry Armstrong? Looks like a good athlete with length and long strides, looks to have some basic OTD scoring/ball handling stuff. Shot motion has a lot going on but seems to be a decent shooter on the whole.

I've seen him listed at 6'7 but the NBL team he signed with suggested that he's probably going to play backup SG, be interesting to see how he goes there.

Also, does Kenyon Martin Jr. have any chance of being something? As far as I understand he just seems like an athletic/energy/hustle big (and an undersized one at that), but he is really athletic.

Armstrong is someone who I view in the same way I do Wendell Moore and Patrick Williams. They all look the part, all show some promise in many areas but do not appear to be in a trajectory of mastering a certain area. Their respective developments are going to be interesting for me.

White is a high bar of productivity.. I think it'll that comparison won't do him a ton of favors. Like if people want him top 5 in this draft they'll expect him to be a lot better than Coby, and that's a tough ask. But tools/ceiling wise I think Cole still eclipses Coby even if they have relatively similar college production.

I think individually Cole will surpass Coby. But team success won't be the same. I think UNC is going to struggle somewhat next year. They just don't have the talent that this year's team had. Garrison Brooks is really their only returning key contributor from last year while not really reloading all that well, Bacot is the next best incoming player and him and Brooks play essentially the same role. Im expecting 18-20/4/5 kind of numbers for Cole next year.

It is an interesting debate going on in UNC circles right now about which team is more talented between this one and last season. I think they are very similar teams in terms of overall talent, maybe a slight nod to 2019 due to Cam Johnson, as I don’t see anyone replicating his shooting. I do think, however that Roy will be able to throw more looks around with 2020, and can go back to bullying teams on the boards more with Bacot in the fold as the most talented big he has had in years (that sounds weird to say). I think Keeling is going to transition nicely as the starting 2 guard who can do a lot off the dribble and Pierce provides a lot of toughness and versatility at the 3 and 4 spot. If Harris is healthy Roy is going to love him as he loves to play defense, body up and doesn’t take plays off. The pieces are there, just a matter of seeing how long it takes for them to gel as they will be replacing 4 starters. I think the ball movement and rebounding will be a lot better than last season. I think the pace will ratchet down a bit and the team won’t be as explosive offensively.

I see Anthony putting up more Chris Paul at Wake Forest numbers to the tune of 15 and 7.

I am bored and none of you care but what the hell, here is my stat distribution prediction for UNC:

Starters
PG Anthony 15 ppg, 7 apg
SG Keeling 14 ppg, 4 apg
SF Pierce 9 ppg, 5 rpg, 3 apg
PF Brooks 11 ppg, 6 rpg
C Bacot 10 ppg, 7 rpg

Bench
SG/SF Robinson 7 ppg, 3 rpg
PG/SF/PF Leaky 6 ppg, 4 rpg, 3 apg
SG Harris 4 ppg
C Huffman 4 ppg, 3 rpg (think he will pass Manley as Manley is injured)

Franz Wagner commits to Michigan.
He´s Mo Wagner brother and a decent prospect Sf 6'6. Was a role player in Alba Berlin (2nd best german team).
29 Games in RS ( Started 5) 12 mpg 4.5 ppg /1.2 rpg / 0.8 spg /0.4 to 49/38/86
06 Games in Po ( Started 1) 12 mpg 5.2 ppg / 1.8 rpg 72/60/100 (yeah sample size)
22 Games Eurocup, 9mpg 2ppg 47/35/100

I think he has some great 3&D potential could be a steal in the 2nd round.

Sorry if this has already been discussed on this thread but I know this draft is pretty deep with potential lead guards. Who of that lead guard crew is projected to be the best shooter?

Correct me if I’m wrong I don’t see these players but from what I’ve heard this is a potentially very deep draft where you can get a very good future starter in the middle of the draft it just lacks a generational talent like Zion.

little too early to say on the depth IMO, depth depends a lot on the upperclassmen

i don't think it'll be deeper than '19 tho.

Stream for Israel v Ukraine later today.

Avdija now averaging 15.5/8.5/6.5 with 4tov. He's shooting only 3/15 for three which is dragging his numbers down a lot but still looked dominant yesterday against Italy. Really versatile, sometimes just seems like no matter what you do defensively he has a counter for.

I'm not sure this youtube streams work in the US but if they do you can watch replays of the games as well.
