Now that Porter meeting today is back on, some of the teams including Knocks decided to pass. They are not going to be there.

To the Dallas fans: after everything we have learned about MPJ the past few days, if he is on the board when you pick at #5 (let's say the top 4 are Ayton, Bagley, JJJ, Doncic) what are the % odds that you think is the pick?
Working on becoming Titletown:
Bears - 9
Bulls - 6
Blackhawks - 6
Cubs - 3
White Sox - nobody cares :D

I’d say it’s pretty close to 0% that they take Porter at 5.

If he's there id say they will take him 100% but i think he goes to Memphis at 4. Regardless tho if he is our pick we need to move barnes

I saw on twitter from an unsolid source that the Mavs doctors didn't clear Porter medically. Porter and Bamba are who Cuban like but others are really high on Doncic. Any idea if any of this is true?

Yea the rumor is that the Mavs are really high on Doncic but it’s hard to gauge what is a smokescreen and what is legit. Last year at this time were heard a lot that the Mavs were sold on Ntilikina. Then it turns out their real target was DSJ.

Haven’t heard the Porter rumor though about the Mavs not clearing him. Maybe he hasn’t shown them his medicals?

Maybe. I had thought he had given all teams his initial physical done. And I haven't heard much about the teams examining Porter on Friday so I don't know what all happened there. I assumed that that examination was when something popped up if that report has any truth to it. I haven't found a reputable source that has said anything about it though.

I see no scenario where he gets past Chicago at 7.

This was the only thing I saw about Friday.

MPJ is never playing a season in the NBA. He sat out a whole season only to come back and disrupt his team's tempo. Now is going to sit out another one while being shady about the back.

The think that's weird about Porter's back is there was no injury/bump/ fall that led to it. It just happened. So is it chronic/hereditary?

He actually said it was caused in his Sophomore year of HS. He went up for a dunk and landed on his back. The pain just slowly built up.
