Redditors found an old year book from 2011 in Australia with Maker sandwiched between confirmed 23 year olds clearly not in alphabetical order.

I first saw Thon Maker in 2012 in LA. His physical progression from then to now has been very similar to what you'd expect from age 15 to 19

So he doesn't have a solid proof that he's 19, only that he physically progressed in those four years he's been in North America.

He could be 17 and I'd still draft him in the second round. He looked rather ghastly last April in a real basketball game.

Still, it's weird he hasn't grown a quarter of an inch since 2012 and has only added 22lbs in 3 years. Guys who go to the kind of basketball "high-schools" Maker went tend to have plenty of, hmm, resources, to gain weight.

The picture was originally posted with the other people's last names. He later blurred them out for privacy. People googled them and it backed up the OP's claim that Maker was in his sister's (who is 23) class. Susan is an AFL player. Here is an article on her being 20 years old in 2013. Karine is on couch surfing, she is 23. Bianca is on linkedin, she graduated in 2010.

Well not really... but the FACT is..... ain't many useful facts. He's TALL. Great. There's MINIMAL: records of him actually doing much. He lowballed the combine. So? What ...really, does anyone KNOW for sure. NUTHIN.

I'd be a tad skeptical.. like buying a car and you can't start it..or just look under the hood. :cry:
