I had. R.J. as a tier 2 prospect compared to Edwards as a tier 3.5. There is a major gap but talent and tools wise, Edwards is superior. If used as a 6th man for a couple years, he might be more productive but not exactly better than Barrett

Tremendous talent
Tremendous tools even though he doesn't always utilise it
Tremendous skill pallet even though like Cam Reddish, needs a lot of time and development to eventually unlock it.
Mental aspects of the game is severely lacking

Best role is 6th for this upcoming season, year 2, year 3, year 4.

Last year spoiled fans with Ja and Zion. The year. Before with a number of guys.

This year, is likely the norm. Probably two to three day 1 starters and it's unlikely to know who they are at this moment.

He could become a great player or he could get to Zack LaVine level and that's that. It depends on him and his development but I wouldn't just hand him the starting job anywhere. He's not ready.

Also, for the record, I have no problem being wrong about a player. It will happen again and again. Hopefully, Edwards will make me wrong asf.

You've definitely had Lewis as the top player in the class last year and top 5 this year at various stages.

do we feel like the game is slowing down for Ant and he's ready to take off living up to potential? and if so, does he catch Melo for ROY if they both continue playing at this level?
