That’s not really a lead guard, Darryn. That’s a scorer, and a pretty damn good one, which is likely what you are, DP.

DP is going to be who Bradley Beal thought Bradley Beal was.

Hey, I hope he’s more than just a scorer. Looked like more today, but we need to see a lot more and against better competition.

I hope when all is said and done we talk about AJ and DP and Booz and Wilson the way we talk about Bron and Melo and Wade and Bosh. It’s great for the league, and I love the NBA.

Some people say it based on their NCAA season(s) or even high school highlights. Freaking lunatics, man!

I'm not saying you are wrong, I am just saying a lot of regrettable posts were made after watching someone play well in a couple Summer League games.

Peterson getting pressured in his grill with playoff physicality like watkins is doing is something to watch .... body type isnt very physical. Its an off ball physique and style.

To me hes a batman, who feasts in up tempo with space but when it comes down to it more of a connector. Props, like his one handed push pass with his left hand and float game. He can get his here and there. A great cog to an engine. But he is not dybantsa. Two different styles, but two different classes.

Read on Twitter

Summer League isn't the be all end all by any stretch of the imagination, but this is something worth watching. Out of the top 4, Peterson was the one I personally had the most concerns with.
