gotta be some PG-13 developmental hope to take Ziare that high. Young enough team to have the patience for it though we'll see how it shapes up.

Why Williams over Todd though? Especially at their relative positions in the draft.

i would have went Moody but again, could be a hopeful thing. Ziare has high upside but you're banking pretty heavy on him hitting it. Im thinking with the Grizz maybe they're on the hunt for additional star power talent next to Ja. you would know better than I, but do you think there's a clear star level number two currently on the roster?

I don't think they do, no. I don't see Williams as a probable hit or a likely guy who will actualize his potential. Just a personal opinion. I see some guys who have put out offensive star power quality tape that were on the board. I get it if the Grizz don't like Bouknight's body language or don't see Moody as a style fit. But, then trade down and get someone like Isaiah Todd, who shot better than Williams in the G League. We downgraded at big and took a 3 year project with poor mental intangibles imo.

not mad at Moses. might need to sing "Ordinary People" when he gets his hat from Adam Silver though.

i fux with the black on black look, clean cut and straight to the point

C'mon clyde, where you been? Everybody over on the Warriors board been asking about you. Time for you to come through and tell us all how much you respect Bob Myers' eye for talent.

GState when healthy might legit have a B-team that can sub in and play a whole different kind of game under the same principles. it's filthy.

yeah, hard to fathom that's what the trade up was for tbh. the could have gotten Ziare in the original slot if he was the target.

Dubs getting Kaminga and Moody at 7/14 is great value

appreciate you gracing the board sir. also, yes to your point. Dubs did work this draft. Kuminga getting some Draymond tutelage is spooky and not sure there's a better place for Moses Moody to do Moses Moody things than in the Bay.

Sengun at #16 is a mega steal.

Top 5 talent in this deep draft.

MVP at age 18 in the Turkish Basketball Super League, a fairly strong league.

This dude has a decent shot of being the GOAT from this draft. Can't say that from any other player left at #16.

Cam Thomas is an elite, elite scorer. He could easily spell Jamal Crawford and he is still available.

The Sengun / Poku fit just isnt great IMO. You want a low usage guy that can switch on D to anchor a team w/ Poku/Giddey. Could be overthinking this tho.

Yeah the Rockets got their James Harden replacement along with two good international bigs.

#2 Jalen Green

#16 Alperen Sengun

#23 Usman Garuba

Should be a fun team to watch with those 3 players to go along with Wood, KPJ, Tate, and Wall.

Man, my Pacers really blew it with Duarte, didn't they? :(

kinda, looks like they wanted someone that can play immediately and they got one, he'll fit in well on that team and should be a contributor on day 1...pretty maxed out tho as a player. short term play.

This board provided me a wealth of insight the past couple days so it was only fair that I participated in the conversation :)

Yeah the Warriors are in great shape between old talent and new prospects (assuming Klay at least resembles pre-injury form). It's borderline suspicious GS wen't for 2 value picks, almost like they want to appeal to the largest number of suitors in trade talk :dontknow: Or they just liked those players and I'm overanalyzing as I often do

Why, why, why would we want someone that can play immediately? We aren't contending right now. We aren't the Warriors. You were the ones that should have picked Duarte, not us :(
