yes, though I would be surprised if Indiana doesn't match. Also the current Portland GM has in the past been very willing to trade away established players when he feels the younger studs can step up. Even if we do get Hibbert the guy only plays 30 or so minutes, plenty of minutes for Leonard to develop and should he show promise, at the very least we get a nice trade piece, him or Hibbert.
