Tatum averages 51.9% on 10.7 2pa/g for his career. Did 55.8% on 11.8 2pa in his best year, and he's played on incredible offenses with league-leading spacing.
Flagg is going to be doing LeBron-like 2PT% and volume. Top-of-the-line rim and paint pressure for a wing.
His scoring is exceptional, ahead of where I thought it would be, and I consider Flagg to be somewhat generational in terms of a pure prospect. It is hard to be generational when Wemby was 2 years prior, but everything I have seen from Flagg so far makes me think he will hit that 90-95% cusp of his potential.
Flagg is doing what the very best athletes in all sports do: leveling up at an incredible speed when put into a new, more challenging environment. It is like every game he plays, he is improving, which is on a unique developmental curve shared by a handful of NBA players ever.
