I had to look up those euros. Kristaps Porzingis is projected mid 2nd round... passss

DX has him going 21 overall to OKC.

ah.. DX is blocked where I am {work}... I see now!

Even your likely source Net (which is crap) has Micic going in the 1st round to the Spurs.

DX has him going 21 overall to OKC. If you have to look up players slotted in the 1st round... I'm not sure you belong in the conversation. Why talk about something or laugh about something you aren't even educated on?

I think that was a good pick for OKC too...but that 3 pt%...Hood dropping would be nice.

Well, the slide ends here.

With the 27th pick, The Phoenix Suns select..................... Elfrid Payton!

We need a back-up PG. Factor in that no one knows how this Dragic/Bledsoe situation will play out. Bledsoe is a FA that the Suns really want to re-sign and Dragic is a FA next season, so moving one of them is a strong possibility. I see Payton as a bit of a Bledsoe clone, which is a great thing. 19.3 PPG/6.3 RPG/5.8 APG is pretty damn close to Bledsoe numbers.

The Los Angeles Clippers are now on the clock!

As a HEAT fan, I approve. So long as his health checks out during personal workouts/physical.

McGary isn't the longest center, and isn't really a rim protector. But, I could see him as the eventual replacement for the roles of Birdman and Udonis Haslem - who each have 1 to 2 more years. He's thicker and stronger than both, and can compliment Bosh by defending the more powerful of the bigman matchups, and being a great rebounder.

He excels as both a pick-n-roll player and defender, and has great feet. His mobility is essential for the HEAT's system.

He seems to have a high BBIQ and great passing ability for a bigman, which is crucial because the HEAT depend so much on spacing. His jumpshot may be a mystery (or potential weakpoint), but the reason Birdman is successful for the HEAT despite a jumpshot is his ability to always know where to be on the court to maximize spacing and exploit lanes.

Lastly, his energy and effort plays will be a welcomed addition to the HEAT squad.

as a bulls fan and someone who'd like to see this heat run end, i'd hate to see the heat take mcgary. to me that'd be like the thunder picking adams last yr. if they pan out, it'd almost be too perfect of a fit.

Ya, we will go to round 2, but im not really going to monitor it that much, but you guys can go ahead and do the 2nd round. If you are ever stuck on a team not selecting, just go to their home board and post a comment on their draft thread and just ask if anybody is willing to make a selection.

Clippers draft Adreian Payne, McGary makes more sense but he is out already.
Payne can play a little bit of Center with his reach and open space for both Griffin and Paul with his shot.
A steal at 28 if Doc coachs him well.

Bogdanovic on OKC or Spurs is scary. Porzingis for the Clips would team up well with DeAndre Jordan off the bench for Griffin.

By the way, all the guys that have been drafted are in my 1st round mock, if this ends with Jordan Adams and Damien Inglis for the last two picks I got 30 of 30.
Jarnell Stokes could be a good option for LAC too, but Payne is more of a good fit with his shot.

Robinson is a huge reach at 23 also, i get that the Jazz need a SF but I will draft Damien Inglis before GRIII 100%
