1. Minn easily
2. Lakers (because Russell is the best prospect on either team. I actually don't really like the rest of their prospects, but you need a star)
3. Orlando - A lot of solid players. Only hezonja looks to have superstar potential to me and even that is questionable. Dipo, Harris, elfrid, Gordon, vucevic are all solid role players but I don't see a star there.
4. Philly - they'll need to trade embiid assuming anyone is interested.

Re: Rank these young cores Minni Lakers Magic & 76ers
On my own criteria (i.e. five best/most promising players on the team in general)
1. Mil- MCW/Middleton/Giannis/Jabari/Monroe
Not sure mcw is their pg of the future, but the rest of this core could stay together for years and be truly dominant. This group needs a little more shooting, which could just come off the bench, and there's no true rim-protector but GSW didn't need that to win the finals... Just saying they have four long-langky guys who can defend multiple positions and switch on everything, I think it's scary.
2. Min- Rubio/Lavine/Wiggins/Dieng/KAT
The backcourt is the issue here, I think Wiggins/KAT is the most exciting young duo in the league, they should fit extremely well together. And in a year or two the wolves will likely be #1 on this assuming they get another high lotto pick and add a super-star caliber guard to the mix. I just don't think rubio or lavine can carry the backcourt down the road. Dieng is fine and should work with KAT well.
3. Utah- Exum/Hood/Hayward/Favors/Gobert
Hayward has gotten better every freaking year, like clockwork, why can't it continue? Can he be a 24/6/6 best player on a great team guy? Maybe not but I still have a lot of hope for exum, favors is underrated, and gobert is a future 15/12/3 multiple DPOY winning guy. This team will be very good very soon and might just get better, Lyles isn't even listed here and he has a lot of promise.
4. Phi- Wroten jr/covington/Noel/Okafor/Embiid
Assets matter man. Don't try to convince me clarks and noel are of similar value. A ton depends on Embiid's health obviously, if this is oden 2.0 then things change, but should the kid get healthy and capitalize on his talent they can keep him and likely deal Noel, or maybe okafor, for a guard down the road. They've got lots of picks and no intentions of winning so their pick will be very high again giving them a shot at one of the many good wing guys in the 2016 draft.
5. ORL- Herzonja/Dipo/Harris/AG/Vuc
Orlando has so many legit young guys I didn't even git Payton on. He should be, I think he'll be very good, as will all these guys especially oladipo imo. But I don't see the star and fit is certainly somewhat questionable. Great defense at the guard positions but no rim protector and questionable spacing across the board. Hopefully Mario really can shoot the rock.
6. LAL- Russell/Clarkson/Nane Jr/Ryan Kelly/Randle/
I know I'll get a lot of hate on here for this, I don't care. If I'm listing nance jr. and ryan kelly to round out your five I don't care if you have your star and two solid players, this core doesn't compare to the rest. Russell has big bust potential as well clear star potential, he's a wild-card. Randle had a serious injury and doesn't have a game that will clearly translate to this nba well. He'll have to be tough, which getting injured two minutes into his first nba game doesn't really suggest. Clarkson's fine but not a future star, sorry, he's just not. Plus, there's still a pretty good chance they don't get their pick this year and have a chance to add anyone.

If we're talking about best young nucleus (and not randomly selected 4 young guys from roster) then Minnesota is #1 in a landslide. Rubio - Lavine - Wiggins - Towns - Dieng - Jones - Muhammad - Bennett - Payne. None of the other teams listed have comparable depth or balance.
1. Minnesota
2. Orlando
3. Milwaukee
4. Utah
