yeah cause advanced numbers are only RPM, I am talking about detailed stats in general

Yeah, this is why you are hilariously wrong a lot of the time: you have a very rigid conception of the way you think basketball should be played and automatically regard anyone outside certain narrow archetypes as a bad/fatally flawed player (not just in this case with Fox but in preferring Omer Asik type of big men who just set screens and never touch the ball over players like Embiid/Ayton). I certainly do place stats like RPM in higher regard as you play to score more points than the other team and don't get additional style points for the way you go about it.

The fact that you're worrying about whether Fox's play can carry over to a postseason environment or something is the definition of missing the forest for the trees; getting a player who at age 20 can make a perennial doormat such as the Kings look relevant is obviously a phenomenal return for the #5 pick. His assist/turnover numbers are in line with what we see from Ben Simmons, who is regarded as a preternaturally gifted passer. His midrange/floater game has always been solid (especially because he has a great sense of how to draw fouls with his pump fakes and ability to stop on a dime), and it seems pretty clear that you're basing your assessment of his halfcourt offense on what he did while at Kentucky (where nobody does particularly well and there's a strong recent track record of perimeter players like Booker, SGA, Diallo, and Jamal Murray looking like they were underdrafted once they're able to play with NBA spacing).

College is kinda hard to scout. It's way different than the nba especially the zone, inconsistent calls where the refs think they are bigger than the game
